11:03 pm
for terms like neck breaking and household weapons. in december of 2008, a utility worker finds the skeletal remains of caylee in a wooded area not far from the anthony home. >> this is emergency dispatch. we found a human skull. >> oh, my gosh. >> then may 24th this year, the murder trial finally begins. and the defense argued that they knew how little caylee died. they say she accidentally drowned in the family's swimming pool. they said casey panicked and then concealed her daughter's death because of the traumatic effects of sexual abuse from her father. prosecutors contended casey suffocated caylee with duct tape because she wanted to be free to hit the night clubs and spend time with her boyfriend. in the end they acquitted anthony of first degree murder, aggravated child abuse and aggravated manslaughter. she was only found guilty of lying to the cops. and for a lot of folks we talked to today, that was simply not
